BUILDING RENTAL POLICIES FOR SISTERS TEA HOUSE & GIFT SHOP

Price
$175.00 per two (2) hour minimum.  $50.00 for each additional 1/2 hour.
Friday or Saturday evening after 4:00pm - $400.00 per (4) Hour minimum.  $75.00 for each additional 1/2 hour.  This pricing is just for the rental of the building only after hours.

Deposit
$100.00 to secure date and damage (non-refundable if there is a cancellation at any time) will be deducted from rental the day of the party.

Number of Guests Allowed
20 Minimum - Up to 100 people evenings & weekends.  (Includes outdoor park-like area).

Time and Days for Private Parties
Sunday after 12:30 pm and no later than 10:00 pm.

What To Bring
You may bring your own food in warmers and coolers of ice for drinks.  Caterer may be used (our kitchen CANNOT be used by outside parties).  All utensils, plates, napkins and everything needed for your party. Plastic or paper goods may be used.

If a private party is serving liquor, it cannot be served past 10:00 p.m.
(This is a City Ordinance).

Decorations
Limited decorations may be used on tables and chairs, doorways and foyer.  No open candles.  Nothing on the walls, please.  No confetti allowed.

Rooms To Be Used
Main Dining Room, Garden Room, and Main Level Bathrooms.  No use of Kitchen, Upstairs and Gift Shop.  Everyone must stay on the Main Level.

Clean-Up
You are responsible for all clean up.  Paper products must be placed in bags and discarded in dumpster at the back of the Tea House.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the Tea House.


GARDEN ROOM/MAIN DINING ROOM
Brunch Time Reservations (Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Anniversary, Birthday Party and Special Events)

Bring your guest to our elegant dining room that has a touch of class that surrounds you!  Glass tabletops with lace table cloths, linen napkins and beautiful glassware.  Homemade food served by our attentive servers.

This event would be held during our regular hours.  Must arrive by 11:00 (2-Hour Max Time)
Must call with your total count and food choices the week before the party.
Garden Room - 15 to 20 people.
Main Dining Room - 10 to 35 people.

THE HOST OF THE PRIVATE PARTY WILL MAKE THE FOLLOWING CHOICES:
~ Choice of Salad or Soup ~
~ Choice of Chicken / Crab / Tuna Salad ~
~ Triple Chocolate Cake or Cheese Cake ~
~ Croissant & Herb Butter will come with each meal ~
~ Choice of any drink - Tea, Lemonade or Coffee unlimited ~

$17.00 per person INCLUDES TAX & 18% GRATUITY.
Credit card number to hold Private Party, Check or Cash paid on that party day.
