• Rental:  $175.00 for the First 2 Hours
• After 2 Hours: $50.00 for Every 1/2 Hour After the First 2 Hours
• Clean Up Fee: $50.00

Clean up fee can be removed if you clean up.  Clean up requirements are as follows:

• Wipe down tables
• Sweep the floor
• Take out the trash
• Take everything you brought in with you

Please leave the building in the same shape as it was when you arrived.

Special precautions must be taken when hanging or putting up decorations.  No thumbtacks, nails, etc. may be used.

Please remember the "Navajo" building is listed on St. Louis County's register of historical buildings.  Smoking is not permitted.
